AIRE is run by Hattie Walker-Arnott

From a global network of secret cultural venues to 60-acre regeneration sites to key worker housing across the UK, Hattie’s work spans an eclectic variety of real estate development projects.

She has also worked in proptech as an investor and within businesses.

“When I started working in technology I couldn’t find a reliable source to learn about tech in real estate. To learn how to harness it to improve our built environment and our own careers.

I’ve had some amazing tech mentors who have educated me. I’ve also worked in start-ups and had the time to take courses, learn to code, and read widely on the topic.

My purpose is to share that knowledge here at AIRE. To translate between the tech and the real estate.

The ultimate goal of AIRE is to fundamentally improve how we develop, operate and invest in our built environment.”
